Problems taking file from signlab to versaworks PLEASE HELP!!

When I take my finished .eps file out of signlab and put it into Roland Versaworks there seems to be black lines going threw the image. I tried printing the image and indeed it had HUGE black lines threw the image. If anybody has any suggestions PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks in advance
