Production Manager problem

Hi all
Opened up my production manager this morning and all my set-ups along with the jobs on hold are gone.
It was fine yesterday and I don't think anything got updated or installed in the middle of the night as the pc is shut down overnight.
I am running Flexi 8.6 on a win7 64 bit machine.
I made a copy of the jobs and settings folder and put it out of the way then reentered set-up for the printer and all the icc profiles and saved presets showed up.
I have copies of the rip logs so I can re-key the settings I used for the jobs that were on hold but I wonder if this is user error on my part.
First time I have run into this in the 14 months or so I have been using this system and printer.
Any ideas out there?

Hello Wayne, had the same problem last week. The printer, cutter, profiles and all the jobs disappeared everything went poof. I reinstalled the printer and the cutter and my profiles came back?? I called tech support and although trying to be helpful they could not give me an answer as to why thais happened. So it has happened to us too running flexi 10 with a recommended update from the tech after the fact.
