Production Manager won't let me install Printer and Plotter

I have recently got an upgrade to my work computer which had FlexiDESIGNER 10 already installed. It was a co-workers computer that no longer works here, so I inherited it. I have been trying to get Production Manager to install our Mimaki JV33-160 printer and our Graphtec Plotter, but the option to install anything in production manager seems to be missing or blocked. What am I missing? I do have the option to go back to FlexiSign 8.0 Pro if I have to.

flexi designer offers no cutting or printing capabilities

its basically just a dumbed-down version of coreldraw that always shuts down unexpectedly

Yup.... Flexi "designer" can ONLY be used for design.

Well, looks like I'm downgrading. Dang, I was hoping for the upgrade.

Keep the other computer with Flexi Pro running. Flexi Designer can send jobs directly to it...

You could upgrade your PRO 8 to PRO 10. Give me a call if interested.
