Hello

With you help i got my printer fixed.
Now i have a problem with the Software

I connected the printer with the software already, but when i want to execute the print it just wants to save a file on my pc , if i save the file it shows me a percent graph 2 times which goes to 100%, then nothing.

Whats can i do?

It sounds like your port is set to the "File:" option instead of USB. If you don't see a USB option when you set the printer up in the printer manager, you need to install the Mimaki USB driver first. Once that's installed, as long as the printer is on and the USB is connected, it will show the USB option and your printer's serial number will display in the "Available Printers" list.
