Really need font help

Have no idea what either of these two fonts are...any help would be much appreciated.

I love the ease and capabilities of FindMyFont, but I like to challenge my mind & eye so as not to become reliant on software. Don't get me wrong, I use FindMyFont regularly....on a daily basis and would hate to be without it when time equals money.

I agree on the value of manual ID and use it as well.
