Recommendation for Laminate Headboard Printing

Hi. I own a manufacturing company who makes furniture for hotels. We have a handful of headboards that get a very simple black checkered print on the headboard. I currently have the Gerber Ion Solara but they are done servicing these in the next few years. The printer has worked so-so but I am trying to get some recommendations on a flatbed printer to do upto 5'x10' media. I print on only 3 items...laminate, veneer, and melamine in 3/4" thickness. Just looking for a workhorse that can run day to day.

Thank you. I have been trying to research flatbed printers and came across this site. Just really trying to get some helpful advice from users rather than salesmen.
