Cut is off alignment from cut lines. IMG_8225.jpg

I have noticed that the cut blade is consistently several mm's to the right of the corner point of the initial detect mark. Upon initiating the cut job it will detect each mark successfully. Then start cutting from the initial position that was off. The cut pattern can be seen in the image

I have ran print cut tests and I feel that they look good as seen in the second image. IMG_8224.jpg

The good news it will consistently follow the same cut path over and over. Looking for guidance to get this lined up to work better. Bought this as a retirement hobby and has been fun digesting the manuals and learning the terminology. But getting a bit frustrated now.

Dammit, make it faster!!
Wow, we quit using finecut to do our registration marks. We use our own coreldraw macro/s to set up the print/plot right from each workstation.

Looks like you just need to re-run the alignment mode, not uncommon for calibration to drift in those.
Thank you for the response,

Bear with me as I am but a child in this world of print/cut . When you say re-run the alignment mode. Could I get you to point to this in CJV30_Operation_ manual?

I referenced this https://mimaki.com/support/faq/trouble/entry-58823.html#:~:text=1) Adjust the origin point for cutting in,>> Cutting line slides to the left direction., But after doing it was not changing the result.

I have learnt enough yet as to know any other way to perform the cut yet. We are using illustratator with the fincut plug-in to make the cut lines and register marks. Then using the finecut button to send to rasterlink.
