right uv lamp problem oce 365

need some help...
this machine error right uv lamp..even in try to exchange with the left uv lamp...it still error in right uv lamp.. im try to change the relay, still same,
change the box uv lamp in bottom still the right uv lamp... sorry my english is very bad

we have try to check it,,use sds ,,and working ,,,now this problem has solve.. we change the board data relay,, and work normaly again,, but dont know until when its will working...

in last 3 days we try everyting,, swap uv lamp box.. swap ballast,, change the relay... sometimes work,,sometimes error back...
