Roland BN 20A printing lines across print job

HELLO, looking for any help/ideas of why the cutter SUDDENLY began printing lines across the print job.
We use ONLY ink we purchase from Roland..
We do daily maintenance as required.... suddenly, one day, it began printing the lines.

CAN GET NO SUPPORT FROM ROLAND !!!!!!

Can you post a photo of the nozzle test and what you're getting, also if you can advise if any head strikes or anything like that may have recently happened?
