Roland Bn-20A Wont Cut

Hello I just got a new BN 20A Machine in, its only been a week and so far everything was going well till today when my machine decide to stop cutting. I can see the blade moving but it refuses to touch the paper I've adjusted many times and it still wont cut.

Have you made sure the blade wasn't broken? Also, make sure the blade holder is securely locked into the carriage.
