ROLAND LEC-330 Stuck on Now Processing Veraworks Disconnects middle of a print

My ROLAND LEC-330 Often says Stuck on Now Processing

And on Veraworks Disconnects middle of a print
Ive Tried this:

Ive changed the CAT Cable to a brand new one

Ive changed the HUB to a New 16 x Port HUB though with many other devices connected

Currently showing as Disconnected yet it is connected

It Was working okay for a few prints but now doing this again

Does anyone have an update on this ongoing issue that many other users have experienced?

Im not sure if my Realtek chip is bad? Or a change of computer will help?

Or a new Main Board?

Anyone else had this issue and the best way to fix it?

Thank you very much for this tip and i will do as you suggest and hopefully that will work

however its a bit annoying having to use a separate computer now from my main computer to have this working properly

will update in a week or so,

P.S. What does that mean???? just use the X64 in the middle of the page

Yes, click on the X64 and install
using of a separate computer or a direct connection is just for testing, to rule out your network.
if still issues, the it is the PC or Printer Main Board since you already have a new Ethernet cable
also, make sure on the Power and Sleep settings on the PC,that the PC is set to “Never“ sleep.

Ive installed the Visual C++ Redistributable v14 on the current PC and hasnt done it today but ive only printed one x smaller file, but hasnt disconnected yet


Im not sure if a drop in temperature is causing this but we will find out i guess in time

Thanks for your help will practice with it over this week and update

There have been some issues on certain models when the main board gets too cold, losing the connectivity. Of course, the way to test this is just get a small heater and put it back by the chassis where the electronics are.
The other thing you can do which just solved the similar problem that you are having with a customer,
is to reseat all of the connectors on the main board, servo board , print carriage board, head board (I can’t remember if that printer has one).
