Need Help Roland LEF200 Firmware

Hello i did update of my LEF200 in Version 2.30
The update was sucessfull but now when i start a print he print a few moments on start but it stops the print an the printhead is over the material, on the display says only processing, no error but it does not print.
The same is also when i make the test print, the first patterns come out then it hang on and does not print anymore.

Is there a firmware file that i can run again

Very odd the firmware would do this.
You can rerun the firmware it may or may not go.

disconnect the ethernet cable and try running the nozzle test print and see what happens.

I did disconnect the ethernet cable but it do tha same again,
The Firware updater can not be run again because it says that i have the newer version so it wont need to update.
Is there any FW File i can update it manualy

If you have the previous version of FW, you can downgrade and then upgrade back to 2.30.
one of these is the stand alone installer

Thanks, but it seems not to take it, i Do install the rfw file with peck 6.2.3 it loads i get a message sucesfull but the firmware still show me 2.30
I do not Have my Previous Firmware file, i did update to 2.30 with the roland installer

What was the reason for updating? Were you having any problems with the printer before doing it?

No i didnt have any problems before, i think it were good because connect hub did show me the update

Ok, i did now downgrade it to 2.20, but it still makes the same problem, mayve a sensor? or board?

The main problem of roland versaworks and printer if your pc goes to screensaver and windows os cuts data stream to printer and you get processing error or bad ethermet cable and connection, when it hangs up try to ping it thru cmd console with ping - ***.***.***.*** (* your printer ip) to see itlf ot has response

How is your pc and lef connected
Auto ip mode pc to lef? Thru router or direct? Can cause trouble these
Need to set up on pc and lef all network adress manually but before check ping
if ping gets no response at hang up while stuck at print , like time out response - change cable first
And do limit Initialize after usually it's something like press together left up right + power on, look in manual

How your printer sounds when it try to print? Usually it goes loud when starts up all motors and etc, if sound is different than out of box or it is quiet you got broken servo board

Hope you didn't change in menu page switch options with zeroes and ones in 16 pages ? These changes how printer reacts thru all processes from turning on, printing and doing nothing

Thanks for the answer, i didnt change anything in the board, on the cmd it pings normaly no paket lost, i have network connection with fritz over the main power cable because it is on anotehr room. on the same connection i have an sp300i this works normaly.
In my video i dit make is not a printing job, he do the same if i press cleaning and then test print, it makes a few raws and then it stops, i must turn of then the main power.
The printing sound is the same as before this error.

Stuck on wiper? See if wiper motor isn't dead and it moves flaps

In service mode will be motor aging and other stuff, check all motors, scan feed wiper if they works
