I'm having multiple issues printing on a Roland Versacamm VS540. The ink traces, I have banding issues, and fuzziness while printing. I've done cleanings, checked settings, head soak, and recently replaced the cap top. Sometimes, I'll do a print and it looks great with no issues. Lately, however, lines that run perpendicular to the motion of the print head are always blurred. Issues with black and cyan seem to be my guess. Head is miss firing in multiple spots.

What could I do?

You certainly have head issues there, if you've already tried replacing the cap top and soaking the head, the only real next step is replacing the head. I'd also replace the dampers and the cap top at the same time, that way everything is fresh and ready to go. If you do decide to do it yourself, make sure you're careful, these all in one heads can be a pain, make sure the head is cleared of ink, you don't need to give yourself more issues.
