Hello friends.

I need some help form you please.

I have a RE-640 that when I send for printing the machine starts working.

The problem is, the carriage won't move but the media keeps moving like it's printing.

There no error on display and when I make the Test print everything is ok.

Thanks for all your help.

If you send the test print from VersaWorks (Printer Menu>Test Print) does it do the same thing? Also, you may have a large border on the file and it's just trying to get to the printed portion. Finally make sure you don't have any value (or just a small value) in the Y Position box in the Job properties layout tab.

How full of printed jobs is Versa Works? We are using VersaWorks Dual Version 1.6.11 (2015-2017) and when completed jobs stack up in the queue ours will do this. We usually only keep about 20 jobs at a time in the queue.
