Need Help Roland RF-640 : Ink dripping problem

The Roland rf-640 at my workplace is having an ink leak issue. Specifically, the cyan ink is leaking. I can see the ink pooling under the gold plate of the printhead. Does anyone know what's wrong with the machine and how to fix it? View attachment 179116

Original head on a RF? Quite old then, they do go bad.
Run the Light Choke Clean in User Menu.
If it still drips, you will need dampers for sure and possibly head.

I would first replace the dampers.(use genuine!!! and all looking in the same direction)
Should do the trick. If not, replace the head as well.

Hey, uhh sorry for my late reply.
The machine has already been fixed now, the damper was the problem. We replaced it with a new one and it stop leaking. I was worried that it was the head that was damaged but luckily it wasn't.

Still, thank you very much for the reply
