Hey guys I bought a Roland Sg 540 from a shop owner over in NY in august an had it ship to the Caribbean. It took almost 2 months to get here due to all these covid situation happening now. So it hasn’t been in use for like 2 months. I got it set up today an this is my test print result after doing a manual clean & a powerful clean. Can anyone advice me on what may be the issue an how it can be fixed please. Where am at in the Caribbean we have no Roland tech here an am now starting up my lil print shop here after years of designing an wanting this to happen.

Just asking, what ink do you have in it? TR or TR2?

You probably need to clamp the caps, put some cleaning fluid and let it sit for a while. Clean and repeat etc.

Do i need the clamp it from the waste bottle area?

Well good luck with that if you have no Roland techs there lol. You are locked out of service.

I would clamp after caps but before pump. Clean those heads, there is some dried ink.
