We had a power surge in January of this year, I tried trouble shooing the printer myself ( I am no expert) the printer is still inoperable.
Since we are growing I decided to get a new 54" printer. I am selling this printer as a Parts Machine, (due to I have no idea what is wrong) does not include print heads.
