Roland Versacamm Sp-300 leaving small random spatters of magenta..

Printer is leaving tiny pinhead spatters of magenta on print. Does not do it all the time. Any ideas?

Check the print head carriage and make sure you don't have a thread from a banner or other trash collecting ink.

Run a cleaning cycle and see if that doesn't help. Ben could tell you more than I can but that usually does it.

make sure you have no small fibers or hair caught under the carridge. do a manual cleaning and make sure you do a real good job cleaning everything. if you look in the manual it actually tells you how to avoid things like this happening(was looking through the manual acouple days ago whilst waiting on a print and noticed this)
