Need Help ROLAND VG640 NOT PRINT CYAN ON HEAD A

Brisbane oz based
With tons of workload Roland vg640 was printing fine yesterday but now my printer decided not printing the Cyan on Head A
I tried to powerful cleaning and manual but wont work , the test printing show its normal on Head B but no Cyan at all for head A
Open the head and see there's no ink pumping into the cyan tube

Tried to contact Roland technician but need to wait them for a month

Im crazy with 200m need to be printed next week so any can help me out this.

Is there ink in the damper? If yes, i'd reseat the flat cables of head 1 on the carriage board.

Where is damper bud ? I just take the cover off and see there's no ink go thru the cyan tube, the others are fine.

OK you are getting air into the line somewhere which is stopping the damper and head filling. The tube should be full of ink like the other ones. First check the ink hasn't actually run out, if not, you need to inspect the line and all connections from the cartridge dock to the damper to find out why it is not filling

Hi mate. I cheaked all the lines and theres no leaking or something

I did try do 5 x powerfull cleaning and now the ink back to full tube and then i tried to test print and comes out few cyan line on head A only

Im doing soak head overnight and will see

Do you thibk its captop problem, due to i did see the other 3 lines are full ink which is same captop but only Cyan not at all

What you reckon ?
