Hello, i would like to ask. I have a printer roland vs640, my light cyan is banding (see on photo). I replaced a head cable, dampers, wipers, captop. Still banding is on. I make a cleaning manual automatic, test print is good in service menu test print is also good, but if i send a data to printer the light cyan is still banding. Any suggestion for this problem, or somethinkg what i must check ? Thank you

Good morning,

Unfortunately your nozzle test isn't fine, you have some missing nozzles, however, even more concerning, if you look at the cyan in the small service menu print, it has the banding right in it. No guarantees, but you might be able to compensate for the time being by changing to uni-directional and lowering the print speed. It will make things take a lot longer to print, but might be able to get away with no having to replace the print head. Alternatively, you can also adjust your calibration and reduce the gap, which might help, but no guarantees.
