Roland XC-540 Cutter Not Reading Registration

Our Roland is not correctly reading the registration marks to die cut printed graphics. When you send to cut it reads them and begins cutting as much as 4 inches off the mark. We had an issue before with the eye being dirty however the GA that dealt with the problem is now living in Lith...Does anyone have any suggested service for this type of problem?

Have you tried the Print/Cut Adjust to see if it is in aligment? What software? What version?

Is this error repeatable with different files? Is the error consistent in regards to distance off?

We use Flexi Sign 8.1 V 1, Production Manager 8.1 V 1

Are you having the same issue with Print and cut with the same file? This may narrow down the issue to either the registration mark error or file error.

What direction is it off? Scan or feed?
