Roland XC540 - Not printing Cy/MG

We bought a Roland XC540 a few years ago (probably 3 years now) and use it lightly, probably put it to work every other week for a day printing stickers for our truck fleet. One day the Magenta head refused to print, so we ran a deep clean on the head and then the Cyan head stopped working. A quick check of the head board and the F1 fuse had blown.
To cut a long story short, we replaced both the Cyan and Magenta heads (with genuine Roland heads), had the head board repaired by MacMedia and have the same issue going on still after sending the head board back once since for another repair.
Now the yellow is dropping out and whatever is the first head of the C block is also faded away to nothing...any ideas? This is hurting, plus for all the Roland heads out there, I did call a Roland tech who told me he would not work with 3rd party parts, so essentially saying he would replace 2 heads and a head board, + $1100 to drive the 200 miles from Minneapolis and back, plus $195/hr to work on it. So forgive me for trying to save the $5000+ it will cost me for that trip.
When printing test sheets I occasionally get an odd one with extra short bars (see pic 1), pc 2 is of a regular print test sheet.
Also as a side note, when inputting the new Head Codes, I cannot get the last 5/5 screen to display a period/dot as on the head code printed on the manifold.
I am begging you, someone please help.

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
It looks like you have a couple of problems going on.

Take a syringe and hook it to the cap top where the pump usually connects. While the heads are capped, pull with the syringe and see if you can get any ink to come down. Do this to each cap/head. If you do not get ink in the syringe or hear air while you are pulling, replace that cap top.

Next while you have the cap disconnected from the pump, fill the syringe with cleaning solution and hook it up to the pump so that you can push fluid through the pump and into the waste tank. If you cannot push the fluid through, try to unclog the pump. If you cannot, replace the pump.

Check your dampers. They should be about half full. If they are empty, there is an air leak somewhere. You may also see air bubbles in the ink line. You can try replacing the o-rings but if you can afford less than $20 per damper I would just replace the dampers that are bad and the o-rings together.

These suggestions should help you figure out why the yellow and the first channel of section C are not firing. It may be the problem with section A as well. Unfortunately it looks like section A is a blown fuse again which could be from a short in the system somewhere. Make sure when you are working on your machine to unplug it and hit the power button a few times before doing anything. There are big capacitors in there that take a while to discharge.

Do a cable swap. Unplug the cables from a head that you know is working and switch them into the head that is not working. Only unplug the cables from the head not the board that slides with the carriage. Start up the machine and do a test print. If the head that was firing is not anymore and the head that wasn't is firing, you have another blown fuse. In that case I would get a technician out there who knows how to troubleshoot electrical problems.

Hope this helps.
