Rough Cut FC9000

Goatshaver

Shaving goats and eating bushes
I've had this issue where I'm cutting through these stickers, with a new blade and after about 10-15 cuts they get very rough. Now I noticed when I checked the blade again there was a build up of ink in the space around the blade just inside of the the cap.
I'm thinking this is the problem causing the rough edges by not allowing the blade to spin freely.

Now I'm not even sure if it's possible to not have the blade holder tip touching the material to avoid this. Anyone have other suggestions?

This is the ink that builds up after about 10 cuts. I took the cap off the blade holder and pushed the blade out with my finger and out pops this ink buildup.
Not sure if maybe the ink isn't curing well. I did try one with a layer of matte clear ink and those cut fine. Same blade and no rough edges.

And for clarification it's not building up on the tip of the blade, it's just inside of the blade holder base. This black cap with shaft for the blade.
