Hi... You can calibrate it in menu-setup-opos xy. U need a black vinyl sheet/roll, cut a square from that menu, peel it and press ok to calibrate. If it doesnt work, reinstall printer firmware (happened me years ago in the old model). Ah, and check for the opos diode (the little red light), sometimes is dirty or with a piece of vynil stucked inside
