s40600 nozzle problem

Printing yesterday my nozzle of the left magenta would drop...i would do head cleaning and its back fine printing good but this morning when i came in only one area of 1 of the 2 blacks showed with no other nozzles printing.....printhead prints GREAT! how can this happen is this a pump or? trying to get fixed asap as obviously i have to be able to print

I would say your damper or pump/cap assembly took a dump. Hopefully that's all. If you do a nozzle cleaning, do any other nozzles come back?
