Screw Reciever Thingy

I have a job where the client needs changeable panels on a stucco wall. I want to use those screw receiving insert thingys but I don't know what they are actually called and my google-fu is lacking today.

Specifically, I'd like a 3/4" deep, stainless steel piece that I can drill a hole and then, using adhesive, permanently attach to the the stucco wall. Then I'll use the matching size bolt or screw to attach the sign panel to the wall.

Am I crazy? I found someone who makes them a few months ago, but apparently never wrote down who it is, and now I can't find them again and I need to get a sample for my client.
