service call 0101 on a cadet 54 Plus (SP-540V)

Hi everyone this is my first post so would like to say hello to everyone

Can anyone please help me, I have a massage on my
printer SP-540v (cadet 54 plus) saying service call 0101

I’ve searched everywhere for answer and have had no luck,
I know how to get into the service screen But not shore if I need to
do anything once in there. Does anyone know the solution to this or
a company who can send out an engineer?? Really appreciate all the help people Thanks

I believe this is the Encoder Error.

Clean the encoder scale with a swab and rubbing alcohol, front and back. Power the unit back on and try again.
