We just had service from Pacific Coast Sign Supply (Portland Oregon). They sent up Richard, one of their two service tech's and he did a beautiful job of getting our aging Roland up and running again.
He is quick, personable and very competent. Was able to diagnose a blown fuse on the mother board and solder a new one on. (tiny thing about the size of a grain of rice)
His advice/comments which he gives out freely are invaluable to a shop like ours.
Just had to give him a huge shout out.
