Sheet Cut button

Hey guys... just wondering, has anybody out there run into this problem... the sheet cut button on the control pad doesn't work anymore? It was workin yesterday but for some reason when I hold the button down now, it doesn't beep and run across the width and and run back cutting the print that was just done.
If anybody has any ideas, it would greatly help!

You haven't set your media clamps to "long"? Don't know if it gives a message then or not but doesn't that disable the sheet cut function? Or am I totally wrong (I have the SP-540i so it could be different).

Kanini, you were right! Media clamps were set at " long ". Changed that and all back to normal!
