It's a goal for us to get something started - if even just for small products - in 2025.

Thanks for sharing Gene, always love seeing how you guys are making continuous improvements to your shop and workflows!

Looks like a lot of work to shuffle everything around in the shop but I'm sure it's been well planned and will pay dividends once finished.

Now you've got my wheels spinning on how we can improve our workflow... We're pretty well maxed out in our space but could probably shuffle/condense some areas to work better. Always room for improvement!

It is wonderful to see enthusiasm about your business and production insight, lot of meetings and thought have gone into it. When I was a kid in the 50s on Sunday night Walt Disney was on TV showing his plans for building Disney World. I felt I knew Walt personilly. Years later when I was older I went to Disney World on opening week. It was magical to see Walt’s ideas come to being, “the hairs on my arm stood up”.
You have that same enthusiasm as Walt did years ago and that is why you guys are successful. Keep up the videos, makes me feel young again.

Just thought I'd update:

Wow, this is a big task.
I can appreciate the planning involved with workflow tasks.

We use a similar system, but it's more linear but we're much smaller so it's easier to manage workflows.

You have inspired me to do a video on our shop and workflow over the break.
