Arrow Medium is the industry standard name. Clone names include Arabien, Lawrence, Las Vegas and Spike.

What the Font?
Pompei Light is pretty close too, if you have that one. A handy site for font ID is www.myfonts.com. Click on the WhatTheFont tab and you can upload a JPG image of your mystery font. Follow the prompts to get suggestions for font matches. Hope this helps!

Arrow Medium is available from Treacyfaces. Their site is very quirky but they're an old respected name in fonts.
Here's a link to their ordering page. I think they only offer it as part of a family purchase.
The clone names I supplied are from Serials Designer Collection (Arabien), Optifont and two companies who are out of business. Serials has moved on and a search for them shows a bunch of warez sites on page 1 of Google. Optifont is still around. Their version is named Lawrence.
