Shrink vinyl? or.. print over?

Ok. I have a decal 37"x46", the bottom edge got stretched during install on flat aluminum. Is there a way to shrink the decal back or am I screwed?

Vinyl IJ-180c with laminate.

I think I know the answer to this, just checking.
