Also, you can go to HP and become a self maintainer...if mechanical inclined. Then you purchase a parts contract with or without a printhead allotment and provide your own service to your printer. You can always call another tech in if the job is beyond your limits.

Has anyone used a different shop vac for the Fb700/500/550? The cost for this unit is around $480. If so, how did you convert the voltage from 240 to 110?
