What the best software to layout tile murals for large sizes

A software to take a large pic like 10ft x 10ft and break it up into say 12x12 tiles to be able to print them by Dye Sublimation and press onto the tiles.

we just ordered Onyx Postershop for that reason, it's not installed yet though. We also use Epson.

We do all tiling in CorelDraw. Create a grid of 12 x 12 squares, combine them, powerclip the full mural inside the grid, break the grid apart, done.
