it seems to have some major issues lately. i replaced the carriage ribbon a while back ..ran great until the cable actually came out of the front of the machine. i placed it back and was able to get a few more prints and now it's in "service call 0110". my tech sent a pdf to get it back to normal, along with replacement ribbon. i went thru the steps of limit position and cut-down position, then on to linear encoder setup, but says service mode protected. anyone know how to move forward? thanks brett
