Started printing lines

I need aome help what to check ive had no trouble since i put new printhead in my 1614 but now it has started print badly with lines i have tried soaking printhead ran multiple cleaning cycles but nothing seems to help this just started out if blue

Any suggestions would be great

What does the test print look like?

I think i got it the only thing i hadn't tried was a little charge and it seems to be behaving now but the test pribt was blue and yellow clean and black and magenta grey

Test print means Nozzles Check from printer's menu.

Sorry I did not think nozzle check when the word test print came up here's the nozzle check and I see some spots in it so not sure
