Static Cling Vinyl (what side applies/double sided)

I have been through the forum and all through Google, unfortunately I find more people asking then there are answers.
I think I have a few easy questions and only a few tough ones, so here they go. Any (correct) answers appreciated.
Thanks!
I am using Roland SP540V (Solvent) material is Roland white static cling (ESM-WSC 75-30)

1. Can I apply inside or outside of the window, in other words will both sides stick.
(I am going to try to test this myself as soon as I have a minute to print something)

2. Is there a way to do a double sided cling besides printing one on white and the other on clear and maybe laminating (?) them together?
I am thinking through this (not too successfully) but could I just print a standard decal with white vinyl and attach that to the back of the cling and just let it stick from the front since the cling material I have is white?
So basically like apply either with the adhesive or laminating together a sticker on to the back of the cling?

Actually, I think those are the only two questions I have.
But it just seems like there was no easy answer to printing a double sided cling.
These are only 10" x 10" but for a big franchise and I want to know what my options are.
I only need to print 4 for there outside/inside doors (glass).

THANKS!

Some of the static clings will work on either side but I don't think they were specifically designed that way. Double side cling will be tough for a true static cling and the heavier it becomes the harder it is for the cling to hold. If your trying to do a double sided window application it might be best to print on any double sided material and add a low tack bubble free window mount to the top of it.

Well this time I talked them into just doing one on the inside and one on the outside back to back, lol.
Still please anyone feel free to continue answering.

Also, wondering if anyone decides to laminate?

Thanks.
