We had this error with out flatbed Summa. It turns out we had several double lines in our cut file. AKA two cut lines on top of each other. So it would crease the material, and then when it was time to cut it, it would just freeze and give us an "unexpected error has occurred."

Maybe double check to make sure you don't have any lines on top of each other in that second part?
