System Errors #23 and #29

We're using Omega software and send to an envision 1 cutter when we send to cut we frequently get system errors #23 and #29.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

With #23 you can hit ok and proceed with the cutting, with system error #29 you have to clear the queue and send the jobs again.<o></o>

We've tried to replace the design computer, as well as or queue computer. Also tried switching the cutter the computer sends to.<o></o>
<o></o>
With No Luck still consistently receiving at least 5 errors a day

We have another computer exact same set up that rarely gets these errors.

What am I Missing?

Get yourself an antistatic mat and place it under you plotter and see if that helps.
