Question TDS (Technical Data Sheets) for Canon Oce Arizona IJC inkset

I've been trying to get the TDS for my Oce Arizona 257 inks but I was told by a Canon rep that these do not exist. I find that hard to believe that would be the case for such a large organization to not have such documentation beyond the SDS. It's challenging to do any sort of quality control without this. Does anyone know if such documentation exist? Was Sericol (now a part of Fujifilm) the manufacturer? Any insight is greatly appreciated!
