I don't know what's wrong with my plotter here. The downforce is good and cuts on the right side of the machine but as it plots on the left side, it loses force...what is going on?

i figured it out! user error!
on roland plotters, you twist the bottom of the blade holder to adjust the tip....(that sounds dirty).
on the graphtec, the bottom of the bladeholder is tightened and the top of the blade holder is what adjusts the tip...again...it sounds dirty
