Tips on moving an SP-540

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on the best way to move an SP-540. A moving company will be actually doing the move, just want to make sure that the printer is prepped accordingly so that there are no issues. The move is going to be from Maryland to Florida. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Questions and thoughts...Do you have the original crating? You must drain the inks, empty the waste bottle, and seat the heads over the sponge (slightly moist with cleaning solution). You can also view the installation manual from Roland for additional tips and tricks.
