Tire Decals

Does anybody know anything about these? I was at a custom car building shop and they are going to get these made for a vehicle. They asked me about them but I have never heard of such a thing (out of the loop for sure).

they said they were going to be like a rubber type decal and are going to smooth out the existing copy on the tires to install. so I don't think they are Motomark or Rubbermark. like the example below are made from.

Very cool but I would assume you would need to buff the edge of the tyres smooth first yeah?
