hello I recently got a used graptech FC8600 using Cuttin master3.
the issue is that the software will not cut the whole design I have 24" material the design is 22" wide, but it will not cut the end of the N but it does
cut the entire line below, even if I turn the image it will still not show the end of the N.
any help will be appreciated

Are you using rego marks? I E. Print and cut?
Rego marks need a little more space sometimes.
My usual go to method is on a standard 1370mm roll, I'll set my files to be a max 1200mm width and then add rego marks.
No issues.

But, are you just doing profile cutting on pre coloured vinyl?
Have you refreshed the width?

Your scale to reality is not set properly either on the machine or within the software.
I would start with scale test plots to be sure that you can scale squares up to the maximum of your plotter page. You should be able to find these setting in your plotter manual first and next with your software settings.

No reg. marks just straight cutting, even if I turn the image which has enough space it will still not cut the N.

Redraw the artwork or expand/merge/unite the linework.

try the same artwork at a smaller size.

to to eliminate alot of the if's & butt's that you can one step at a time.

Upload pictures of:
your plotter, loaded with material
screenshot of cutting master, the whole window at least
pdf of vector art
Then I'm sure someone will have an answer.

Are you hitting origin? When I switched over to a Graphtec after using another brand for years, I was conditioned to set a point.
I had the same problems that you are having till I stopped hitting origin.

Just a thought.

Just re-read your post.... don't think it's an origin problem.
