Trying to cut lines over 75 in......

But after it reaches the end of the panel, it cuts the line and then begins to finish the rest of the cut leaving me with 2 lines instead of 1 straight through line.

I decal have from some vehicles and some of the decals that I have will cut into both panels without cutting through my design. Now the straight line that I try to cut keeps getting cut through it and leave me with 2 lines instead of one. I am using flexisign 8.1. and have a 15 inch roland vinyl cutter.

Could it be something that I can do when sizing my lines to avoid the cut through or would this be a setting that I would have to change when I am about to cut? I am new to this, making my own designs, and love this software and cutter

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.

check for panel sizing in the software. I run into this with a mimaki out of cocut, will only cut so long before it tries to be helpful and automaticly panel it.

I tried this and it keeps cutting a line right through again. I set it for 2 tiles on the PANEL tab. checked overlap and unchecked overlap and still the damn thing keeps cutting through at the end of the cut.

@Mainframe

I can't seem to find the poll size in the production manager.

I have somethings that I are long and get cut divided into 2 tiles that cut fine without cutting through my lines. Mind you, these are files that were prepared for me so maybe the person that designed them did so in a way that the lines stay intact, even when tiles and over 40 inches.

Could this problem be on how I created the "lines" over 40 in?
