Yes and that's what I did with the one in this thread. I should point out that I first inverted it in Photoshop before I

• Went to Google
• Selected Images as the search type
• Uploaded the image previously saved to my local computer

The first link I provided shows the results of the Google Image Search.

I've never used google image search before. Tried it with an image I searched tineye.com for yesterday and google found it where tineye didn't on some Russian blog. Guess I'll switch to google.
