Trying to import EYE CANDY 7 to flexi 10

I have the download, (eye candy) in flexi 10 I go to preferences under edit /then file path / adobe plugins /then browse, when clicking eye candy it doesn't show up on filters, in fact nothing shows up and I have to go back to default,

can I get some direction please
