Your internet search words should include "spring base sign frame images" or "Flex Sign Frame" or "Flex Sign Holder"
How many do you need? What size?

I used "Blank Springer Sidewalk Sign".... because in the results from my first search, this came up and looked the most like the OP's picture. Most of the others have a frame.

I found this frame, but OP's looks kinda like it might haver ground stakes rather than feet. I didn't see any option like that on the site. Maybe someone modified these for use in grass?

IF the O/P only needs one or two, he could DIY the stakes simply by attaching some 1/2" angle iron or aluminum with small bolts.
IF he wants a hundred, he would have to be more resourseful.
We will know more when he returns with more info.
I do love crispy fried chicken, tho. I think I'll fry me up some wings for lunch.
