I had a recent incident where I was pulling vinyl from behind the machine and the metal assembly that attaches to the printhead caught my fingers while it was moving across the width of the machine. Bad mistake on my part. Cut some fingers up pretty bad, but I'll survive.
Now when I go to print, the printhead detaches from the metal assembly and stays on the right side of the machine, not printing anything. It is able to do a test print, though. Any ideas on what could be the issue or what to check for? The machine doesn't give any errors. Thanks.
