UCJV330-160 Any problems with cracking ink?

Hi,
We currently have a JFX200EX with LUS120 ink and we have huge problems with the ink cracking at the edges if we print & cut it.
Does the UCJV330-160 have any such issues or is it better? I know that the ink is supposed to be more plyable so maybe its not a problem anymore.
We produce alot of domelabels & stickers so not being able to print to the edges is a huge problem.
This has been a problem on pretty much all the materials we use, like 3M 7903, 7908, 7925 and other materials.

Changing the lamp settings have made 0 diffrence in this problem.

Orajet matt and gloss usually
Are any of the materials you print chrome or gold for example?

Heres an example of the cracking our paint has when we cut in it.
This is printed on a 3M 7903 material but all materials have been the same.

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
LUS170 is far better suited towards roll material and high flex applications, also a much newer ink. LUS120 was used on older roll UV printers, but not really anymore. The 330 and 300 series don't use LUS120 (typically, some firmware voodoo will let you do it however).

Thats very comforting!
The reason we 'had' to go with LUS120 is because it was one of the only certified inks to work with one of our products (EcoDomes).
Will get some test prints this week and im sure this even more flexible ink will work aswell, fingers crossed!
